Located in Stayton, Oregon, the Meal Support Program offers compassionate, accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, virtual drop-in group meals that create a nurturing environment for participants to consume nutrition while receiving invaluable support from peers and trained facilitators. With meal support sessions available four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner opportunities, individuals are welcome to join as many sessions as fit their schedules. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners who are currently in training to obtain their CNS certification, ensuring that support is both educated and empathetic. While this program provides essential meal support, it is important to note that it is not a crisis intervention service.
