Oregon Project Independence (OPI) serves the Sutherlin, OR community by empowering individuals over 60, those living with dementia, and certain residents with disabilities to remain as independent and secure in their own homes as possible. Our mission centers on providing essential services such as personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology devices, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals. OPI operates on a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule, ensuring that costs are manageable and based on a household's monthly income and medical expenses. Upon reaching out for assistance, you will be contacted by a trained staff member from the Area Agency on Aging to discuss your specific needs. Through a personalized assessment, we work with you to develop a tailored plan that addresses your unique circumstances while upholding the highest standards of care and support.
