Based in Sweet Home, OR, Family Support is dedicated to uplifting individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families by offering essential resources and guidance. Our Family Support team provides reliable information, parent mentoring, nutritional education, and meal planning tailored to meet the unique challenges faced by these families. We also specialize in behavior management support and assist with navigating the complex processes of Medicaid applications, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
