Located in Sweet Home, Oregon, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals struggling with dysphagia. We understand the unique challenges faced by those in our community and strive to ensure access to critical resources, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to support and empower low-income individuals by addressing their specific dietary needs, making meals more accessible and manageable, while prioritizing care and support for each individual we serve.
