MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Talent, OR, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management solutions. Our mission revolves around annually screening all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connecting them with tailored weight management services that suit their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options, including supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home assistance, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight management. We invite all interested Veterans to reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to learn more about how they can begin their journey to improved health and well-being through the MOVE! program.
