Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is dedicated to supporting individuals in Terrebonne, OR, who are over 60, experiencing dementia, or living with disabilities, empowering them to maintain their independence and quality of life at home. Our comprehensive services include personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology devices, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals, all designed to meet varied needs. We work on a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule to ensure affordability, allowing individuals to pay based on their monthly household income and medical costs. Once services are requested, our trained Area Agency on Aging staff will reach out to schedule a home visit for an assessment, determining eligibility and collaborating on a tailored care plan that suits individual requirements.
