MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Terrebonne, OR, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and promotion of healthy lifestyles. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who seeks care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and receives personalized referrals to comprehensive weight management services tailored to their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of supportive options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home guidance, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-directed management. For Veterans facing challenges with weight despite trying MOVE!, we also provide pathways to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. To participate, we encourage Veterans to speak with their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to begin their journey towards a healthier future.
