Oregon Project Independence (OPI), located in The Dalles, OR, is dedicated to supporting individuals over 60, those living with dementia, and qualified individuals with disabilities, through essential services that promote safe and independent living at home. Our comprehensive program offers a range of assistance including personal care, home care, chore services, and access to assistive technology devices, alongside adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals. We strive to make our services accessible by implementing a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule, which adjusts costs based on your household income and medical expenses. Once you reach out for assistance, our trained staff from the Area Agency on Aging will connect with you to schedule a home assessment that identifies your unique needs. If eligible, we’ll work collaboratively to create a personalized support plan tailored to help you maintain your independence and well-being.
