Located in The Dalles, OR, Cancer Transitions offers a supportive, evidence-based program designed specifically for survivors of any cancer diagnosis who have recently completed treatment. While primarily aimed at those who have finished their treatment within the last 24 months, our services are beneficial for survivors at any stage of their journey.
