Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals in Tillamook, OR, who are over 60, live with dementia, or have disabilities. Our mission is to empower these individuals to live safely and independently at home by providing a variety of essential services, including personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing, and home-delivered meals. We understand that costs can be a concern, which is why our services are offered on a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule, adjusting fees based on monthly household income and medical expenses. When you request assistance, our compassionate Area Agency on Aging staff will reach out to schedule an in-home assessment, ensuring we understand your specific needs.
