Enrollees receive six informative e-booklets tailored to their needs, a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips, and information on local community events. Additionally, participants who provide their phone number gain access to our interactive monthly Ask the Experts Q&A sessions, where they can connect with ADA professionals to address their diabetes-related questions, explore the relationship between diabetes and heart health, and access helpful giveaways that promote wellness.
