Project HEAL Tillamook, OR

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Tillamook, OR, offers compassionate and supportive meal assistance for individuals over 16 who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program provides free access to live, facilitated, virtual group meals designed to create a safe and nurturing environment for participants to enjoy nutritious meals alongside others who share similar experiences. With meal support sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can join as often as their schedule permits. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on their path to obtaining CNS certification, ensuring a knowledgeable and supportive atmosphere. While we focus on fostering recovery through meal support, we recommend reaching out to mental health professionals or crisis hotlines for immediate assistance, as this program is not designed for urgent care scenarios.
