Located in Troutdale, OR, NorthStar Clubhouse is dedicated to fostering a nurturing community for individuals living with mental health challenges. Our mission is to help members break free from social isolation through supportive relationships and empowering volunteer opportunities. We offer a structured program that includes peer support, employment assistance, nutrition and food preparation, individual goal setting, education exploration, and a variety of social activities. To join, applicants need a referral from a mental health professional to confirm their eligibility. At NorthStar Clubhouse, we believe in the transformative power of community and aim to facilitate a pathway towards reintegration into society for all our members.
