Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is a compassionate statewide initiative based in Troutdale, OR, dedicated to supporting individuals over 60, those with dementia, and people living with disabilities in certain counties. Our mission is to empower seniors and individuals with unique needs to maintain their independence and quality of life while living safely at home. We offer a range of essential services including personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology devices, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals. Our services are designed to be affordable, utilizing a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule that considers your monthly household income and medical expenses. Once you reach out to us, a trained Area Agency on Aging staff member will contact you to assess your needs and eligibility. Together, we will craft a personalized care plan that best suits your situation, ensuring that every individual receives the support they require to thrive in their own home.
