MOVE! Weight Management Program in Tualatin, OR, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of Veterans through comprehensive weight management solutions. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, providing tailored referrals to weight management services that align with their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of support options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which combines in-home messaging with clinician support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges after participating in our program.
