MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Turner, OR, offers comprehensive weight management and health promotion services specifically designed for Veterans. Our mission is to enhance the well-being of Veterans by annually screening all who receive care at VA facilities for obesity and connecting them to tailored weight management solutions. Participants can choose from various options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides at-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, while Veterans who continue to face challenges with weight can access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring MOVE! services.
