Oregon Project Independence (OPI) serves Turner, OR, and is dedicated to empowering individuals over 60, those living with dementia, and those with disabilities in select counties to live safely and independently in their own homes. Our comprehensive range of services includes personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals. We believe in accessibility; therefore, services are offered on a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule, taking into account your monthly household income and medical costs. When you reach out for assistance, a trained staff member from the Area Agency on Aging will contact you to set up an in-home appointment, where they will conduct a needs assessment to determine your eligibility for OPI's supportive services. Together, we will develop a tailored plan to ensure your needs are met, fostering independence and enhancing your quality of life.
