About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Umatilla, OR, is dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating recovery from eating disorders. Our program offers structured, virtual drop-in group meals, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for outpatient clients to gather and nourish themselves together. Sessions are held four times a day, twice for lunch and twice for dinner, allowing participants to join as their schedules permit. Each meal support session is facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners, who are working towards their CNS certification, ensuring that participants receive knowledgeable guidance during their meal times. While we focus on encouragement and nutrition, please note that this service does not act as urgent care or crisis support. For immediate assistance, we recommend reaching out to crisis resources. Join us in fostering a community where healing and nutritious eating go hand in hand.
