Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is dedicated to supporting residents in Veneta, OR, aged 60 and over, individuals with dementia, and persons with disabilities in maintaining their independence and safety at home. Our comprehensive services include personal care assistance, home care, chore services, assistive technology devices, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals, all offered at a cost-adjusted sliding scale based on your household income and medical expenses. By reaching out to us, you will be contacted by a trained Area Agency on Aging staff member who will arrange an in-home visit to assess your individual needs.
