Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is dedicated to supporting residents of Warrenton, OR, who are over 60, have dementia, or, in certain counties, live with disabilities. Our mission is to promote safe and independent living at home by providing a comprehensive range of services, including personal care assistance, home care, chore services, and adult day care. We also offer respite care, skilled nursing care, assistive technology devices, and home-delivered meals, all tailored to meet individual needs. Services are affordable and provided on a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule, ensuring that costs are based on your monthly household income and medical expenses. To access our program, simply request services, and our trained Area Agency on Aging staff will reach out to assess your needs in your home. If eligible, we will work with you to create a personalized care plan that fits within the program’s framework.
