Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is a dedicated program in White City, OR, supporting individuals over 60, those with dementia, and, in certain counties, people living with disabilities, helping them to maintain their independence and safety in their own homes. Our compassionate services include personal care assistance, home care, chore services, adult day care, respite care, skilled nursing care, and home-delivered meals, all tailored to meet individual needs. To ensure that everyone can access assistance, we operate on a Sliding Scale Fee Schedule, considering your monthly household income and medical expenses. When you request our services, a trained staff member from the Area Agency on Aging will reach out to schedule a home visit to assess your unique needs and eligibility. Together, we will develop a personalized care plan that aims to support your independence while ensuring you receive the help you need.
