The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Wilsonville, OR, is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of advocates for a fair, sustainable food system. We empower Fellows through hands-on training and organic food system education, ensuring that our program remains accessible by waiving tuition fees. During their six-month immersive experience at our Allegheny Farm Campus, selected individuals engage in diverse activities such as growing and distributing crops on a market-style farm, implementing innovative healthcare education sessions, and maintaining community gardens. Following this, Fellows embark on a Community Action Year, collaborating with regional non-profits to apply their training in meaningful ways, from promoting food and ecological literacy in schools to enhancing access to healthy foods through farmers markets. Our mission is to foster a socially, environmentally, and economically just food system for all.
