The Meal Support Program in Winston, OR, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a supportive, virtual environment where participants can engage in facilitated group meals, designed to encourage healthy nutrition while fostering community. Participants can join any of our four daily meal sessions, which are led by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from our Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively pursuing their CNS certification. We prioritize creating a safe space for healing and recovery; however, please note that our program is not intended for urgent care or crisis intervention.
