The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship, located in Woodburn, OR, is dedicated to cultivating a new generation of leaders committed to a fair and sustainable food system. This empowering program offers no-cost training and support, enabling fellows to dive deep into organic food education and practical advocacy. Participants engage in a hands-on, six-month residency at our farm, where they learn to grow and distribute diverse crops, maintain community gardens, and foster food literacy within local schools. Following this immersive experience, fellows collaborate with regional nonprofit organizations during a Community Action Year, focusing on projects that promote access to healthy foods and enhance community food initiatives.
