Located in Woodburn, Oregon, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and resources for individuals with dysphagia. We focus on enhancing the quality of life for low-income individuals by offering critical supplies such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
