Located in Bethel Park, PA, Faith-In-Action, a service of the Allegheny Valley Association of Churches, is dedicated to supporting the elderly and disabled members of our community through compassionate, neighborly services. Our mission is to alleviate feelings of isolation among frail seniors by offering friendly visits, regular telephone reassurance, and vital transportation to medical appointments and grocery stores. Additionally, we provide shopping assistance and light housekeeping to those in need, alongside food delivery from the AVAC Food Bank for qualifying individuals. Faith-In-Action embodies a commitment to lifting spirits and enhancing the quality of life for our neighbors, as we focus on the practical needs of our community.
