At the PAL for Parents Program in Clifton Heights, PA, we understand that parenting can be challenging, whether you're a new parent or have years of experience. Our mission is to empower and educate families, providing a supportive community where you can connect and grow. We offer a comprehensive range of services including childbirth education, prenatal and basic yoga, nutrition classes, and specific support groups for breastfeeding and NICU families. Our programs also feature life skills classes and dedicated spaces for both moms and dads to engage with each other. Although in-person classes for March have been cancelled, we are transitioning to virtual sessions in April to ensure that you continue to receive the support you need.
