Located in Darby, PA, Care & Help - Meal Program is dedicated to providing nutritious, home-delivered meals for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those experiencing health challenges. Our mission is to ensure that eligible individuals, particularly those participating in Medicaid Waiver programs, have access to great-tasting food year-round. Meals are carefully delivered in temperature-controlled vans, with service beginning within five business days of enrollment. Each recipient receives a welcome packet during their first delivery, which includes menus and enrollment information. While we strive to provide consistent meal options, substitutions may occur based on product availability due to production delays.
