Located in Dover, PA, the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA) is dedicated to empowering individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome, along with their families and caregivers. At the heart of our mission is the Family Support team, which provides essential resources and compassionate guidance from the moment of diagnosis. We offer a range of services including accurate information about the syndrome, parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, and behavioral management support. Additionally, our team assists families with navigating the complex application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
