We offer a range of options tailored to individual needs, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app helps manage weight effectively. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have struggled despite their efforts with MOVE!.
