The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Easton, PA, is dedicated to supporting individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a comprehensive and accessible learning journey over 12 months, all at no cost. Our program, available in both English and Spanish, is designed to empower participants with essential knowledge and tools for effective diabetes management. Enrollees receive six informative e-booklets, each tailored to address key topics relevant to their experiences, alongside a monthly e-newsletter featuring seasonal tips and local community event information. By providing their phone numbers, participants can also engage in our monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series, where they can directly connect with American Diabetes Association experts to ask questions, understand the relationship between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy giveaways aimed at enhancing their diabetes management.
