Meals on Wheels in Ephrata, PA, is dedicated to ensuring that senior citizens in Ephrata and Cocalico receive warm, nutritious meals delivered right to their doorstep. Our program provides same-day delivery of home-cooked meals, prioritizing the health and safety of our clients by facilitating contactless service during COVID-19. Volunteers carefully place meals in coolers or insulated bags at the clients' porches, allowing seniors to easily retrieve their meals. Regular meal service is available at an affordable rate of $6.75 per day or $33.75 per week, while hospital meals are offered at $8.00 per day or $40.00 per week, following a physician's diet order. We understand that financial challenges can arise, and our Program Coordinator is available to discuss options to ensure that no senior goes hungry.
