The Transition to Independence Process (TIP) program based in Feasterville Trevose, PA, is dedicated to empowering young adults aged 16 to 26 on their journey to independence and mental well-being. Our compassionate mentors work closely with youth to identify and overcome barriers, focusing on building their strengths to forge brighter futures. TIP provides a comprehensive suite of services, including mentoring, living and housing support, vocational and technical certification programs, and assistance with high school completion or GED attainment. We also offer workplace educational programs and job placement services, alongside daily living skills training, financial education, and cooking and nutrition classes. By connecting young adults with community resources, legal support, and cultural enrichment opportunities, we strive to foster resilience and self-sufficiency in every client we serve.
