Home Delivered Meals (HDM) is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of older adults in Gibsonia, PA, by providing essential meal delivery services through our Meals on Wheels program. Funded by state and federal resources, we ensure that seniors receive healthy meals designed to meet one-third of their daily nutritional needs. Each meal is delivered directly to their homes by our reliable staff, who also conduct important wellness checks during the delivery process to monitor health and safety. To join our program, seniors must be at home to receive their meals and can easily determine their eligibility by contacting the Allegheny County Area Agency on Aging Senior Line for a short phone assessment. We are committed to fostering a supportive and nourishing environment for our community's older adults.
