Our program offers healthy, delicious, and wholesome home-delivered meals, customized to meet the unique medical needs of each individual, ensuring they receive 21 nutritious meals each week. We also offer personalized and group nutrition counseling designed to empower clients to make informed food choices. Serving those at acute nutritional risk due to conditions such as cancer, HIV/AIDS, heart disease, and diabetes, our licensed dietitians work diligently to create heart-healthy meals that are high in protein and aligned with the guidelines from leading health organizations. Each meal is crafted with care by our chefs and volunteers using the highest quality ingredients, ensuring that all meals are frozen to maintain optimal freshness and safety until consumed. To access our services, clients can have a medical professional submit a referral on their behalf; we do not impose age or income restrictions.
