The Meal Support Program in Hummelstown, PA, offers essential, free meal support to individuals over 16 at the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program provides a nurturing and safe environment through live virtual group meals, where participants can enjoy nutritious food with the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners who are working towards their CNS certification. Sessions are held four times a day, allowing flexibility for individuals to attend as their schedules permit. While not a crisis intervention service, our program equips participants with the community and support necessary for their recovery journey, fostering connections and enhancing well-being during this critical time.
