MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Hummelstown, PA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity each year, thereby facilitating personalized referrals to suitable weight management services. We offer a variety of flexible treatment options that cater to the unique needs and preferences of our Veterans, including supportive group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. Additionally, for those who prefer a more independent approach, we provide the MOVE! Coach mobile app. Our program also includes access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges despite engaging with MOVE!.
