Supportive Living, located in Latrobe, PA, is dedicated to empowering adults aged 18 and older who are navigating the challenges of serious and persistent mental illness. Our mission is to provide community-based teaching and tailored support services that foster independent living and personal growth. Together with a Supportive Living Specialist, individuals create personalized plans to enhance essential life skills, such as budgeting, meal planning, and accessing public transportation. Additionally, we offer guidance in developing social connections, employment readiness, and overall health management. By focusing on practical skills within the comfort of the community setting, including the client's own home, we aim to help participants flourish in their daily lives, enrich their well-being, and become active members of their community. Enrollment requires a referral, and we warmly welcome anyone eager to make positive changes in their lives.
