The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Lititz, PA, is dedicated to training and empowering the next generation of advocates for a just and sustainable food system. Through a comprehensive, hands-on program, we provide Fellows with invaluable education in organic agriculture, allowing them to engage with communities through initiatives such as growing diversified crops on market-style farms, maintaining school and community gardens, and supporting local farmers markets. Our Fellowship promotes accessibility by waiving tuition, ensuring that aspiring leaders can focus on impactful learning without financial barriers. Over a six-month immersive experience at Allegheny Farm, selected Fellows will gain practical skills and knowledge before embarking on a Community Action Year, where they can apply their training by collaborating with regional nonprofit organizations. We invite passionate individuals to apply by March each year, with the fellowship running from May to October, and help transform our food systems for a healthier future.
