Located in Lititz, PA, the Outreach Utility Assistance Program is dedicated to providing essential emergency assistance for individuals and families experiencing financial challenges. Our mission is to alleviate utility-related stress by offering support with utility payments through partnerships with UGI and PPL utility companies, helping customers reduce their utility debt and establish more manageable payment plans. We also provide referrals to additional community resources to further support those in need.
