At the Transition to Independence Process (TIP) in Macungie, PA, we are dedicated to empowering young adults aged 16 to 26 to achieve their independence and thrive. Our committed mentors partner with youth to navigate barriers and unlock their potential through tailored support that fosters personal strengths and envisions a brighter future. TIP offers a comprehensive range of services including mentoring, living and housing support, vocational certification programs, and high school or GED completion assistance. We guide our clients through workplace educational programs, job search support, and employment coaching while providing essential skills in daily living, financial literacy, and nutrition. We also connect youth to community resources, legal assistance, and cultural enrichment, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed on their journey to independence.
