The Diabetes Prevention Program in Mc Kees Rocks, PA, offers a comprehensive lifestyle intervention designed to empower adults in reducing their risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Through Adagio Health's virtual classes, eligible participants from a wide range of counties including Allegheny, Beaver, and Westmoreland can access a CDC-approved curriculum that focuses on effective weight loss, increased physical activity, and stress management.
