Located in Mechanicsburg, PA, the Meal Support Program offers free and accessible meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals foster a safe and supportive environment where participants can connect with others while receiving nutritional guidance from trained practitioners. We provide four daily meal support sessions, including two lunchtime and two dinnertime options, allowing flexibility to fit within individual schedules. Each session is facilitated by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring a compassionate and informed approach to meal support. While our program focuses on building a community around healing through nutrition, it is important to note that we do not provide crisis support.
