At Care & Help - Meal Program in Media, PA, we are dedicated to providing nutritious and delicious home-delivered meals to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those experiencing health challenges. Our program ensures that eligible participants, including those enrolled in Medicaid Waiver programs, receive balanced meals throughout the year, delivered with care in temperature-controlled vans. Once enrolled, new clients will receive their first meal delivery within five business days, accompanied by a welcome packet that contains menus and important enrollment information. We strive to meet everyone's needs, though please note that due to unexpected circumstances like Covid-19, meal substitutions may occasionally occur to maintain service continuity.
