Located in Nazareth, PA, the Transition to Independence Process (TIP) is a dedicated program designed to assist young adults aged 16 to 26 in achieving greater independence through comprehensive mental health support. Our experienced mentors are committed to guiding youth through the challenges they face, empowering them to harness their strengths while providing essential resources for personal growth. TIP offers a range of valuable services that include mentoring, living and housing support, vocational training, and educational programs aimed at completing high school or obtaining a GED. We prioritize skills development with job coaching, workplace education, and direct job placement assistance, ensuring that young adults are equipped for the workforce. Additionally, our program emphasizes daily living skills, financial education, and nutrition, alongside access to community resources, cultural services, and legal aid.
