The Meal Support Program in Nazareth, PA, offers free, accessible meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are in the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a welcoming and safe environment where participants can share meals and receive compassionate guidance as they nourish their bodies. With sessions available four times daily for lunch and dinner, individuals can attend as many meal support times as their schedules allow, ensuring flexibility and convenience in their recovery journey. Each session is facilitated by nutrition practitioners undergoing training to achieve their CNS certification, providing a knowledgeable and supportive presence. While we are dedicated to helping individuals heal through nutrition and community, please note that we are not equipped for crisis intervention.
