Harm Reduction Community Outreach is dedicated to supporting individuals in New Castle, PA, who are navigating the challenges associated with solicitation charges and other issues related to sex work. Our Advocacy and Legal Help program provides essential services and compassionate guidance to those recently released from incarceration or facing legal proceedings. We offer a range of support including assistance with letters to probation officers, letters of support for pre-sentencing reports, re-entry services, record expungement, and help in finding reputable legal representation.
