Transition to Independence Process (TIP) in Perkasie, PA, is a dedicated program tailored for young adults aged 16 to 26 who face challenges in achieving independence. Our caring mentors partner with youth to navigate and overcome barriers, empowering them to build on their strengths and shape their futures.
