Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of residents in Philadelphia, PA, by providing Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals designed to meet the unique nutritional needs of eligible clients. Our meals are planned by Registered Dietitians to support health across various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while adhering to dietary restrictions such as dairy, peanut, gluten, and pork-free options. We serve clients under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, and the Older Americans Act, as well as offer a self-pay program for those who do not qualify for government assistance, ensuring that everyone has access to nutritious meals at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal.
