Located in Springfield, PA, the PAL for Parents Program is dedicated to empowering and educating parents, whether new or seasoned, by providing a supportive environment that feels like friendship. Our mission is to equip parents with the essential skills and knowledge needed for their parenting journey. We offer a variety of services including childbirth education, prenatal yoga, nutrition classes, newborn care workshops, NICU support groups, breastfeeding classes, and life skills sessions. Additionally, we foster community connection through our Mommy to Mommy and Dad's Corner support groups. As we adapt our offerings, all classes for March will be conducted virtually starting in April, ensuring access to our resources from the comfort of your home.
